Permit Central/Building Inspection Department Fees
All of the applicable fees outlined in the Fee Schedule for the Clermont County Permit Central/Building Department are due with the initial submital of the application and construction drawings.
Several fees (such as Sewer & Water fees, various electrical fees, etc.) must be determined after review of the construction plans, and are not due at the time of submittal of application.
