Building Codes
The International Code Council is now providing the public access to electronic versions of the applicable commercial and residential codes for the State of Ohio which include Clermont and Brown Counties. The link is posted below:
On their website; click I-Codes, and then select the code year. Once a code year has been selected, choose either the IBC for commercial/non-residential projects or the IRC for residential.
Alternatively, use the link below to access UpCodes for the Ohio Building Codes – Building, Mechanical, Plumbing, Accessibility, Energy Conservation, Fuel Gas Codes, and the Residential Code of Ohio for 1, 2, or 3 family dwellings.
