Below are reports detailing the permitting activity of departments located in Permit Central which includes the Clermont County Building Inspection Department and Clermont County Public Health District. The information contained in these reports generally includes all site and WMSC, building, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and miscellaneous Permits and Certificates (both Certificates of Occupancy and Certificates of Completion). The Building Inspection Department regulates the Ohio Building Code in all unincorporated and most of the incorporated areas of Clermont and Brown Counties; and this department regulates the Residential Code of Ohio in all unincorporated and most of the incorporated areas of Clermont County. The Health District regulates the Ohio Plumbing Code and food service operations throughout all of Clermont County.
